Boiler Service Includes...

A boiler service is checking, cleaning, testing and pre-emptive fault-spotting, really, with the emphasis on testing all the different functions of an appliance for correct and safe operation. Most manufacturers recommend a service annually. With the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning we would certainly agree with an annual boiler service being carried out by a gas safe registered engineer

Carbon Monoxide

The benefits of having an annual boiler service are very significant and even life saving. It is illegal for any landlord to not have a gas safety check annually for this very reason. Often referred to as ‘the silent killer’ CO (Carbon Monoxide) fumes are particularly dangerous because they cannot be detected. In addition to the important boiler service, it is strongly advised that you install a carbon monoxide detector close to where your boiler is installed. Carbon monoxide kills around 30 people a year in the UK, and is completely taste and smell free, A carbon monoxide detector will provide you with firm peace of mind concerning your safety, and may save your life.

Boiler Repair

If a boiler fails its safety test we have skilled gas safe registered engineers (corgi registered) who are able to carry out any repairs needed. Boiler problems can strike at the worst time possible so we always recommend an annual boiler service to keep your heating running smoothly. If however the worst happens and you are left without heating, we can have a gas engineer to your door within 30-90 minutes*. Our engineers provide a boiler repair service wherever you are in the UK, 24 hours a day*, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Get your boiler serviced just in time for winter

It gives me great pleasure to write this letter to express our gratitude to the plumber who visited our house on the 2nd of September. My wife said that the engineer was very helpful, explained what he had done and advised her how to avoid problems with our water heating in future. Last night we again lost pressure downstairs. My wife carried out the engineer’s instructions and the problem (air bubbles in the pipes we think) was solved. At a time when no one seems to have any pride in their work, it is a pleasure to be able to write and thank someone who has. Well done and thank you for the service.
